We first want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been so patient with us these past couple of months. It's been quite the journey. Our staff has managed to stay healthy the entire time. Everyone has kept busy taking Virtual Education classes, certifications on sanitation, and spending some much needed time with their family. We have come together and planned out our re-opening according to Salon State Guidelines and feel as though we will be ready to keep everyone safe.

UPDATE: We are still learning, growing and trying to be and do the best we can to make this "temporary norm" feel comfortable for everyone.  Our Wash House Team gives great thanks to those who have stood by us to make this a pleasant transition. YOU are the ones that matter and give us strength to help make this all worth it!

COVID-19 RE-OPENING INFORMATION 

 

HERE ARE THE APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES AT WASH HOUSE SALON

Re-opening date: MAY 26

** PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU MAY HAVE A $10 INCREASE ON YOUR SERVICE FEE. THIS WILL COVER ANY EXTRA PRODUCT COST THAT MAY HAVE TO BE USED

Everyone must check in from their car. Upon arrival please call the salon and a member of our Front Desk Team will check you in and let your stylist know about your arrival. We will not be accepting any sick clients nor will we accept sick stylists. Temperature checks will be done on everyone before entering the salon. CDC suggests anything over 100.3º f is a fever so that will be our guideline. Please leave any extra clothing, jackets, and accessories in your car.

 

Anyone with a fever will be asked to reschedule. Please be honest and reschedule if you are having any possible COVID-19 symptons

Both Stylists and Guests must wear a mask at all times. Preferably one that loops behind the ears. 

Please be aware that your mask may get wet and if you are having color done that your mask may get stained with color. 

 

NO MASK NO SERVICE

 

We will not be offering any drinks or snacks. We know its uncomfortable to wear a mask for a long time so please bring your own water. 

* Helpful tip: chewing a minty gum can help make breathing a little easier. 

We must limit the number of people inside the salon. Only the guest with an appointment will be allowed inside.

 

We will be doing our best to accommodate as many guests as we can, while still following guidelines. Understand that you may be asked to wait outside.

 

We know it's not the most ideal, but we are doing our best.

Wash, Wash, Wash

 

Once entering the salon you are required to immediately wash your hands. Your stylist will follow and will also wash her hands. We will have hand sanitizer through out the salon if you feel the need to use it.

Our salon is following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all stations, front desk,

high-touch surfaces, towels, capes and products are disinfected on a regular basis. 

 

Our entire staff has been certified in sanitation through BARBICIDE DISINFECTANT

If you didn't purchase products during curb-side pick up, we know that you are craving some good products. We just ask that you please ask for assistance.

 

We will be sanitizing on a set schedule to ensure everything is clean so this will help us

stay on track.

We are now accepting all forms of payment for services. 

We are always grateful for your gifts, though we will no longer be able to process them through a credit card transaction. Please gift your stylist through the VENMO app. The Front Desk will have all stylists VENMO contact, please just ask. Stylists will accept cash given directly to them.

At this time we can not accept walk-ins. If you do not have an appointment please call the salon to be added to our Call Back list.

 

Please be patient with us as we try to navigate through this to accommodate everyone and still follow our state given protocols for keeping everyone safe.
